So, it's been a while and I've thought about just starting over and making a new blog so it doesn't appear that I'm such a slacker. I'm currently writing in two journals right now and this is kind of like a third. The first one is for just day to day stuff that isn't really that happens. The second is for more deep things, personal revelation type stuff. This one will be for times when I don't feel like writing things by hand.

That being said.

A ton has happened since I last wrote on this blessed blog. I moved to Utah. I have gained a greater knowledge of the gospel and what it means to be LDS. I have great friends. I'm preparing to go to the temple on my own. I seriously can't wait until that day. I spoke with my bishop today (who is absolutely wonderful) about taking my endowment out and he said that he thinks that I'm ready and that I can go whenever I want. I'm shooting for December/January. The Lord has blessed me so much lately and I know that it was His way of preparing me for greater responsibility.

I'm really trying hard to be a good person. I love my life and the people in it. I want each day to be better than the day before. I don't have control over the what happens to me but I do have control of how I react and think about it. I deserve the best so I need to be my best.

There are things I'm insecure about and I'm aware of those things and I know that Satan will try to tempt me like he never has before.... bring it Satan. I'm ready and I have angels, friends, family and my own agency to back me up and I will win.
